Terms and Conditions for Sample Requests

Sample Request Eligibility

• OEM Products: For OEM products with original formulas, ingredients, and packaging under a private label request, development fees will be waived. A maximum of 1 unit per item is allowed; any additional units will incur charges.

• ODM Products: For ODM products requiring new formulas, ingredients, designs, and packaging, the buyer must cover development costs. These costs vary based on product type (e.g., wine, liquor, tea, beverage, or juice) and may differ among manufacturers, affecting preparation timelines and cost per unit.

Shipping and Delivery

• The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the sample parcel delivery service (e.g., DHL or UPS).

• Samples will be shipped under Ex Works (Exw) terms. All import duties and customs clearance fees will be borne by the buyer.

Alcohol Samples

• For individual brand owners without an alcohol import permit ID, we recommend using DHL services. Please note that the sample quantity is limited to a maximum of 1 liter.

Non-Refundable Costs

• All development costs and sample fees are non-refundable. Any shipping expenses incurred during the discussion process, including label mockups or bottle mockups, must be covered by The Buyer.
